This free website kit has a DHTML navigational bar which require that the
included JS files are uploaded in the same folder where this page
is uploaded. Only one file needs to be configured to change the
appearance, colors, font style & size and all hyperlinks. The
next page has the instructions.
The big image is a static background, so when you scroll down, the
image stays where it is. If you don't have much text to force a
scroll bar, then this effect will not show up.
